Information for Parents

Campers need to bring the following items to camp. Please label each with first and last name!
-Lunch, drink, snacks in a cooler to be stored in a classroom. No refrigeration is available for this purpose!
-Water bottle to be carried with them at all times.
-A bag to extra clothes other supplies to make campers more
comfortable.
The campers should wear comfortable clothes, tennis shoes, and a hat. PLEASE…..no cleats or black soles as they will damage the gym floors. Also, no sandals, flip-flops, or slide-style shoes.
Please do NOT bring the following items: electronic games, radios, tape, CD players, or cell phones. NO MONEY PLEASE!
Drop Off and Pick Up Locations:
Campers may be dropped off in front of G. Rollie White Coliseum on Joe Routt, between 7:45 am and 8:15. Pick up will be at 5pm at the same location. Please drop children off on the same side of the street as the building for safety reasons. Parents will not be able to park (leave the car) on the side of the street to pick up or drop off.
FIRST DAY INFORMATION:
On the first day of camp, you may want to park in the Koldus parking garage and escort your child to the front of G. Rollie White Coliseum. In order to complete registration, please either send the registration fee with your child on the first day of the session (checks only, please) or send it to me by campus mail or regular mail so that it has arrived before the first day of camp. You may also drop it off in person at Read 158 BEFORE the first day of camp!
PLEASE NOTE:
Mike Hanik is the on site camp director and will handle specific concerns you may have about your children and their camping experience either before camp begins or during camp. If you need to contact him during the day, please call 862-4836. If there is an emergency and you need to reach your child immediately, you may also call 845-5925.
